halloween costume multiplayer help T_T

i know its kinda late to claim this reward, but i just recently claimed the halloween costume change for verdandi and idun, but my card didnt change form
(they were already PR-ed before i claim reward) is it that i have to claim reward change costumer before i PR? if i already PR my card and then i redeem it doesnt work? help T_T

I think you can claim reward also before PR or after PR. It's may be bug of Application.
You should send e-mail to TOS support to help in this case.
